1. Why are you so affordable?
Since we are a young company we run a lean operation. We offer excellent service with a eye for perfection and yet do not have the pretense of being a “high-end” company.
2. Why are you so expensive?
We are experts in video, sound and custom installation. It is a mix of customer service, “techie” and construction worker! We own a small arsenal of tools to ensure that every job is done neatly, safely and fast! We are also industry certified and carry liability insurance. The piece of mind that it will be done right comes at a premium when compared to hiring an individual. The electronics products we sell are sold at prevailing retail prices. We appreciate your business and do not attempt to sell at an excessive mark-up.
3.Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Commerical Audio Visual Systems Integration was Andrew Basile’s job title for five years prior to starting Catamount. He has provided installation support in corporate and educational environments throughout the country.
Working as a Lead Technician he was counted on to provide flawless work for his company’s clients. A partial list includes Bose, Digitas Inc., Phillips Medical, Gillette, MIT, Phillips-Exiter Academy, Samsung, University of Texas, The U.S. Veterans Administration and Documation Inc.
4. Can you install the equipment I provide?
Yes. We do this all the time. Keep in mind that the labor prices we quote you are for the installation of parts we have specified. And we specify these parts as much for ease of installation as for their overall quality. We can not easily estimate labor costs when we are not familiar with the parts. We may charge additional labor for any time spent troubleshooting and improvising an unfamiliar part.
